Advocacy Committee
Purpose: Drive policy and legislative changes to create equitable opportunities for Black-owned businesses and ensure their representation in decision-making processes.
Events Committee
Purpose: The Events Committee supports the planning and execution of impactful events that empower Black-owned businesses, foster networking, and provide educational opportunities. It organizes Signature Events directly overseen by the Board, such as the Annual Meeting & Holiday Gala, and assists committees in managing events aligned with their focus areas.
Fundraising Committee
Purpose: Secure financial resources to sustain NVBCC’s programs and initiatives.
GovCon Committee
Purpose: Equip NVBCC members with tools, resources, and connections to access government contracting opportunities.
Marketing & Communications Committee
Purpose: Enhance NVBCC’s visibility and influence by developing strategic communication plans that promote programs, events, and initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
